Our client is a german company specialised in Cinema and Entertainment solutions with a strong presence in the european market. They offer a complete product range consisting of ticket registers, pos systems, gastronomy registers, cinema management and merchandise management through to internet ticket shops, ticket machines, telephone ticket reservation systems, customer loyalty systems and visitor information systems.

From ticket registers to Self-Service-terminals and apps for products sales, our client offers different software products intended for cinemas. In developing some of their products, our client needed a trusty and skilled software partner. Infobest joined the project and helped the client to develop the first Webshop. Since then we undertook another two projects: an admin tool and the new Webshop.
Both projects were developed by Infobest from scratch and they are still in progress, constantly updating with new features.
The admin tool provides the possibility to manage a lot of things for our client’s products. You can create/edit/delete vouchers, retail products sold in cinemas (these products will get displayed in the webshop mobile app, ATM), manage texts displayed on webshop/app, manage info about seating areas for cinema auditoriums, manage configurations for custom behavior of webshop/app. Also, customer support can manage transactions – they can see details about each transaction, refund it if the client requests this on phone, resend emails to customers, see info about payment, manage info about registered customers.
