General conditions:
- Service hours 8-19h, will be covered by at least 2 people and overlaps from 10h onwards, as this is when most issues are pending.

Your tasks:
- Preparation, follow-up and execution (moderation) of regular meetings in the context of the Major Incident (e.g. morning round, Major Incidents Closure Information etc.) incl. follow-up/tracking of tasks and logging of meetings
- Convening, extending, coordinating, facilitating and closing Major Incident Conferences as well as taking minutes of the meeting
- Monitor agreed upon actions and tasks in Major Incident Conferences and provide ongoing and comprehensive communication for existing Major Incident Conferences
- Monitor the resolution progress of Major Incidents (including communication) and initiate escalations as part of Major Incident processing
- Ensuring constant availability during service hours (service phone and functional mailbox)
- Acceptance and examination of Major Incident candidates
- Preparation and execution of the handover and takeover to or from the night shift of the Major Incident Management at the end of service time
- Perform disaster incident activities (including regular preparation, participation, logging, and follow-up of dry runs/exercises).
Our requirements:
- Good knowledge of German
- IT education
- Support affinity (many phone calls and meetings)
- Nice-to-Have: Process experience (ITIL 4) and Banking experience
