Your tasks:
- ·You manage and optimize IT resources allocation using VMware Aria Operations.
- You create and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards with resource forecasts.
- You maintain and update procedures and documentation.
- You administer IT infrastructure via ITSM tools, managing applications, devices, and configurations.
- You manage and optimize Configuration Items (CI) lifecycle.
Our requirements:
- IT studies.
- Professional experience in the IT operations environment.
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Experience with VMware Aria Operations.
- Strong communication and customer-focused skills.
- Good command of spoken and written German; Fluent in English.
